Led a work-integrated digital transformation initiative that delivered three integrated solutions:

• Power BI Sales Analytics: Interactive dashboards with real-time sales analysis, customer segmentation, and profitability insights across regions, categories, and cities.
• "GDPR Coach" Chatbot: Built with Microsoft Copilot Studio to educate sales executives on data protection principles through interactive modules, simulations, and a DSAR quiz.
• Travel Request Automation: End-to-end Power Automate workflow with Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook — eliminating manual follow-ups and reducing approval delays.

The project followed structured milestone-based execution with MoSCoW prioritisation, iterative testing, and integrated change control.
